History:

To the legendary State of Florida comes the legendary Master of Steak, Sam Seltzer. For over 75 years, Sam has presided over a renowned Family Business & Labour of Love.

The work ethic Sam learned as a struggling boy, delivering butcher shop packages on streetcars before & after school, beginning each day at 5 in the morning, would come to serve Sam & in time, his sons & grandsons, in good stead.

Fortified by the confidence of 6 years experience in the meat business & with the moral support of his beautiful young bride, Sam courageously opened his first butcher shop in the turbulent 1920's.

Providing a discerning Clientele with outstanding value, impeccable service & a lifetime commitment to excellence, Sam, joined by his two sons, & later by their two sons, went on to open
Restaurants, Steakhouses & the finest Wholesale & Retail Meat establishments catering to a Carriage Trade Clientele based around the World.

Today, 3 Generations of Seltzer's maintain the Family Tradition, serving 10's of 1000's of Customers every week.

So, Welcome To Our Family.

"We want you to enjoy yourself", as Sam says, & always remember, "Life is like a good steak. Tender, delicious & full of flavor. How could one possibly be enough?"

Sam Seltzer's combines many ingredients for fine dining. Sumptuous food, a relaxing ambiance, great service and attention, and an extra kicker with very reasonable prices. Known for their roast prime ribs, 8 oz., 16 oz., and 32 oz cuts we deviated to other entrees that were also spectacular. One of our reviewers is a "Metzgermeister Brief" trained and certified in the preparation of meats with over 50 years of experience. He called Sam's dishes "excellent". We called them delicious.

Main Courses:

Sam's Signature Dish is this Sesame Seared Saku Tuna. A filet of tuna, crusted in black and white sesame seeds, seared lightly and topped with ginger soy and lemon wine sauce. It comes out very rare. Ask for it to be cooked to your liking.

Sam's Four Spring Loin Lamb Chops, seasoned with spiced bread crumbs then roasted to perfection, served with mint jelly.

A special order was Sam's end cut of roast prime rib. We ordered well done. It was tender and flavorful.

Our New York Strip steak, 16 oz., perfectly aged, served medium rare for us and full of flavor is about as close as you can get to filet mignon. Served with a side of a cold water lobster tail, succulent and sweet.
12 oz. cut also available.

Desserts:

Yum, Sam's Napolean, topped with whip cream and decorated with chocolate syrup

Top off your meal with Creme dementhe, Irish Coffee, a Napolean and a Chocolate Explosion . Yum.
